At My Access Support Services, we are committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities by providing comprehensive and personalised Support Coordination services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our mission is to promote choice & control in the lives of our participants by facilitating access to the best possible support and resources.
Frequently asked questions
Q1. What types of support does NDIS funding cover? We offer a range of support services designed to meet the needs of each individual. These are broken down into three sections, CORE, CAPITAL & CAPACITY BUILDING based on the participants needs.
Q3. What are the age limits on NDIS funding? People applying for National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funding must be older than six years of age and younger than 65 years of age. If you’re an older person with disability, you can access services and support through the aged care system.
Q2. How do i register for services? At My Access Support Services we understand that the registration process can be a tiring and dificult task to navigate around which is why we've simplified our process. Simply fill out our referral form and a team member will be intoucn to organise an appointment.
Q4. What can i use my NDIS Funding for? An allocated staff member will go over your NDIS Plan to help you understand how your plan works and the steps needed to help you achieve your goals.
